Myla was much more into her birthday than I really thought she'd be. She loved having Happy Birthday sung to her, and she had practiced blowing out her candles. She couldn't get enough cake, or mac 'n cheese, or chips, or any of the other "special foods" she was allowed to get her fill of over the weekend. It was so fun to watch her enjoying it. Here's a video of her Happy Birthday moment.
(Fair warning: It gets a bit boring after the candle is blown out. I haven't figured out how to edit these videos).

She really did seem to enjoy her birthday! It was fun to be able to spend the weekend with her and the family.
love all the camera flashes going off - it's like the paparazi (sp?) were there too! you have one great daughter Matthew and Kasey!
